Seattle-based consulting firm Strong-Bridge has announced the appointment of Sandra Mathis to the role of Customer Experience Director. Located in the company’s Atlanta office, Mathis will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to Customer Experience projects for the firm and its clients in the Atlanta market. She will also be influential in the growth and development of the Customer Excellence practice area as a whole.

“Sandy brings a wealth of varied experience in customer excellence,” said Patricia Camden, Atlanta’s Managing Director. “She is both practitioner and leader, capable of straddling the line between delivering quality work for our clients and strengthening our practice area offering here in Atlanta.”

Before taking the role at Strong-Bridge, Mathis was at Equifax, where she was responsible for the measurement and evaluation of the customer experience across the enterprise globally. Her prior roles were diverse, representing brand-side work as well as agency and consulting for companies as varied as Georgia Pacific, Wells Fargo, and Kraft Foods. Research and insights are what sparked her journey to customer experience, though her roles and responsibilities have also encompassed strategic marketing, digital, and innovation.

“Sandy’s research and insights background, along with her experience working with a variety of organization types will complement our growing practice area immensely well,” said Strong-Bridge Customer Excellence Practice Director, Danyel LaGow.
