She has provided guidance to executives and their teams on process improvement, customer support initiatives, office re-organizations, and leadership development.
Her career began in training, marketing, and project management, working primarily with non-profits and education organizations. Later, she transitioned to automotive, settling in Saturn’s widely acclaimed human resources and learning division. It was here that Lizette discovered that sales is not about selling a product, but about building a personal relationship.
As her career expanded, so did her skillset. She earned her 6 Sigma Black Belt more than a decade ago, and immediately put it to use in high profile process improvement projects for Caterpillar Financial Services. She also championed and launched the use of organizational change management methods throughout the company’s 30+ global offices,
In 2009, fueled by a desire to know more about the culture and behind-the-curtain operations of other companies, Lizette transitioned to working as an external consultant. Since then, she has served as trusted advisor to clients from a variety of industries and has integrated her practical knowledge of how companies work with strategies that leverage the understanding that human relationships and expectations can sometimes outweigh even the most perfect solutions.
