Strong-Bridge’s Customer Excellence Practice Lead, Danyel LaGow, is set to speak at CXPA’s Insight Exchange. LaGow will tackle the topic of Customer Journey Mapping— with a focus on the importance of bringing employees along in the end-to-end customer experience design process. She will present during the conference’s very popular “Show and Tell” session.

The Customer Experience Professionals Association — CXPA — is a global non-profit organization dedicated to the customer experience profession. Their annual Insight Exchange is one of their most popular conferences, bringing together members to discuss opportunities, challenges, and trends in the industry. This year’s event on May 16-17 in Phoenix, AZ is sold out.

“The Show and Tell sessions are a fantastic way to dig into a very specific topic with a small group of people,” explains LaGow. “Because these sessions are more intimate, there is an opportunity to share ideas and ask questions.”
