Some might call Teresa’s path to consulting “nontraditional” — with several years agency-side. She kicked off her career more than two decades ago as an advertising copywriter — crafting creative and compelling messaging for print, radio, and eventually the web. Directly prior to joining Strong-Bridge, Teresa worked as an Associate Creative Director of Content Strategy at SapientRazorfish, where she led the content strategy for several large accounts. She also held a Content Strategist and Managing Editor role at UPS, where she managed the production of content for the redesign of UPS.com, creating a great experience for over 100 country sites in over 20 languages.

Years on the agency side and in content strategy honed Teresa’s ability to make sense of complicated challenges. Ultimately, she believes there must be meaningful thought and rationale behind every execution. Yet, this doesn’t always come easily with complicated business challenges. This is where her superpower comes in — asking questions. Purposeful questions. For Teresa, this is the foundation for solving business problems, uniting teams, and crafting a long-term, continually optimized vision for the solution.
