Carolyn O’Brien
Consulting Director

Carolyn is helping lead Strong-Bridge’s Atlanta-area expansion, drawing new business and boosting services for corporate clients. As an intuitive business leader, Carolyn has developed a reputation for integrity, marketing strategy, and relationship building. She’s also the founder of Two Tailz Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming homeless and abused dogs, and has a patent portfolio for innovations in the pet industry. If that weren’t enough, Carolyn teaches and speaks at various MBA programs in the metro Atlanta area and acts as a coach and mentor to MBA Capstone students.

Cory Gish
Account Manager

Cory is an accomplished senior-level business and technology professional with a proven track record of shaping and delivering large and complex business solutions. He specializes in the high tech, wireless telecom, and healthcare industries. He’s an experienced driver of strategic initiatives requiring a high degree of cross-functional leadership with a strong focus on ROI, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction. When not at work, he spends time with his family travelling and enjoying the outdoors.

Dan Rayner
Account Manager

Dan has a proven ability to manage projects that achieve their goals and objectives, while also building successful relationships with business partners. With many years of experience in the wireless and high-tech industries, he’s adept in leading technology-focused programs and working in high-stress environments. His hobbies include mountaineering, SCUBA diving, woodworking, and home remodeling.

Heather Brewer
Director of Sales

Heather is an international trailblazer who enjoys meeting and connecting with clients. She thrives on exploring their business opportunities and challenges and bringing in the right team to help them achieve their goals. In her free time, Heather loves exploring new cultures and countries and adventuring into the unknown. She’s traveled to over 60 countries and is fluent in Spanish.

Heather is devoted to exceeding customer expectations and helping her clients achieve their goals. In her 20-plus years of experience jumping into the trenches with global clients, she has built strong relationships that span years. When she is not utilizing her wicked PowerPoint skills, she enjoys hiking with her family, volunteering in her community, and enjoying a nice cup of tea.

Icy Westerdal
Director, People and Culture Development

Icy makes sure Strong-Bridge is the best possible place to work. Each day she strives to ensure employees feel engaged, supported, and like family. She loves the culture, which values both professional success and personal happiness. Icy is also a PADI certified Nitrox and Open Water Diver. With her dive-buddy husband, she’s been diving with four different shark species and countless species of fish and other underwater wildlife.

John Starr
Account Manager

John has over 20 years of management consulting experience, leading projects across a variety of industries, from retail to financial services to technology. He has a unique ability to help organizations reduce organizational complexity and reengineer business processes, which in turn helps his clients reduce cost and bolster revenue. At Strong-Bridge, he’s excited to use his expertise to make a difference on strategic projects within his own community of Seattle. When he’s not busy at work, he’s likely planning his next travel adventure.

Danyel LaGow
Practice Director

Danyel is an experienced customer experience leader and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), helping guide enterprise-wide teams in the technology, healthcare, and insurance industries for more than 16 years. Her approach is dedicated to customer experience—working with organizations to build strategies and frameworks that put the customer squarely at the center. She is passionate about helping her clients crack the status quo to meet the needs of their customers in new ways and engaging employees along the way to foster a customer-centric culture.

Kent Corley
Practice Director

Kent enjoys building elegant technical solutions to solve the hairiest of business problems. Every day he works to express complex technical concepts in simple, relevant terms for people who don’t spin up Amazon AWS instances in their spare time. When not tackling tech, Kent likes to spend time with his family. He also enjoys traveling, enjoying the outdoors (no screens around the campfire!), and playing tabletop games — which is an excuse to hang out with smart, engaging people regardless of whether or not they’re Cylons.

Michele Lundahl
Account Director

Michele helps her clients with many things — but mainly, she solves problems. Technically minded, with deep mobile experience and a rich background in leading people and large-scale programs, she brings an outside perspective on organizational or process issues to each of her assessments. Her connections to her clients and their work also help her find great Strong-Bridge people for client projects. Away from work, she enjoys family time, recreational biking, and cooking.

Peter Nevius
Account Manager

Peter is a committed problem-solver who thrives in complex environments. From rolling out new systems or processes to managing projects or programs, Peter loves being the lens through which things get done. He finds that a sense of humor, which he brings to each of his projects, is equally important at home, where he is a dedicated father, a cook, and an outdoorsman.

Renea Rayner
Account Director

Renea is responsible for strategic account oversight — from the initiation of a client engagement to on-going relationship management. A “matchmaker,” Renea is uniquely skilled at pairing the right technical skills and personalities with clients and their needs. She’s proud to be the “go to” for clients who trust her to have their best interests at heart. She’s also the super-proud mom of two incredible children, Myles and Caraline.

Victoria Smith
Account Manager

With over 30 years of experience in leading IT and high-tech programs, Victoria is a specialist in aligning IT solutions with business strategies and needs. She has extensive experience in software development and in service management life-cycle, and a proven track record in leveraging technology to meet business objectives, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. She has a hands-on collaborative style and a knack for how to match the right talent with business challenges to help Strong-Bridge clients be as successful as possible.
